Rules of Play
  • On payment of admission fee you will accept responsibility for the children in your care.
  • Although the area is monitored by staff, it is the parents/guardians responsibility to supervise their children.
  • While children are playing on the equipment we recommend arms and legs be covered.
  • Shoes must not be worn on the equipment. However SOCKS must be worn at all times.
  • Spectacles should be removed when playing or worn at own risk.
  • Children should be discouraged from running and throwing things.
  • The Management will not tolerate bullying.
  • Children that are unwell should not use the equipment.
  • Any children with obvious recent injuries should not use the equipment.
  • No food or drinks are permitted in the play areas.
  • Only food and drink purchased from Jacks Den may be consumed on the premises (excluding baby food and milk).
  • Smoking is not permitted on the premises.
  • Animals are not permitted, except for guide dogs.
  • The management reserves the right to refuse admission without prejudice.
  • Children should be accompanies at all times when using the toilet facilities.


The assembly point for all evacuees is the bin area to the front right of the building. The staff will take the customers signing in book to check off all names to ensure the building is fully evacuated. Please do not go home until your name has been checked off. Fire exits are located at the front door and next to the toilets.
